On the hills between Fano and Pesaro we find this magnificent property of about 6 hectares with an old stone and brick farmhouse dating back to the 18th century. In origin it was property of the Viceroy of Italy, Eugenio de Beauharnais. The house is developped on two floors for almost 280 square meters and still maintains the features of the typical farmhouse, stables, cellar and kitchen on the ground floor, large rooms on the first floor.
The house must be completely restored: foundations, floors, roof, heating system maintaining the historicity of the building and enjoying its position, easily accessible and immersed in an olive grove.
Next to the main house there is a warehouse of about 30 square meters, arranged on one floor to be used as a small annex or garage.
