Rustic house in Tuscany to be renovated located in the municipality of Bagni di Lucca (LU), Ponte a Serraglio hamlet in the "Camaione di Sopra" area. The house, facing south and always sunny, is immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and enjoys an incredible privacy being totally isolated from the surrounding forest.It is about one kilometer from the center of the spa town of Bagni di Lucca, 25 kilometers from Lucca, 45 kilometers from Viareggio and the sea and about 35 kilometers from the Abetone ski area.
