The ancient and valuable ruin of about 420 square meters, to be completely rebuilt and consists of two ruined buildings: the main of about 400 square meters, with an external staircase and loggia, recoverable after an attentive restoration and reconstruction, built on several staggered levels as well as an annex of about 20 square meters. The property is completed by a flat courtyard with plum, almond and horse chestnut trees of about 1 ha.
