On the second floor there are four more double bedrooms with respective bathrooms and wardrobes and a large veranda overlooking the back garden, perfect as a lounge area but also as a safe and cozy space for children.

On the top floor you can enjoy a characteristic independent apartment with living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a lovely terrace, with 180° view on Lake Como, which can then accommodate an additional 4 guests.
The property also has a private mooring place and direct access to the lake.
At check-in and check-out is provided a luggage transport service. There is also a maid service for 4 hours a day, while the cook service is on request.
