Single-family detached house 300 m², good condition, Centro, Tricase

In Tricase, one of the landmarks of southern Salento, I am an independent house. Here, between characteristic streets and suggestive sceneries, I spend my days enlivened by all the beauties that my Municipality offers. Thanks to its ancient origins and its geographical position, Tricase offers various beauties and opportunities, in fact within a few kilometers you can enjoy an exquisite historic center, roads and avenues full of services, wide countryside but also a crystalline sea if we move towards the marinas of Tricase Porto and Marina Serra. Here, between ancient roads and new courses it is really difficult to get bored. The historic center of my town, for example, offers the opportunity to take a step back in time and immerse yourself in streets made of ancient buildings and characteristic stones. To embellish the ancient alleys and the various squares that make up this reality contribute several enchanting buildings the tower houses, ancient fortified houses built in the sixteenth century in Salento and typical expression of the authentic history of Puglia but also the church of San Michele Arcangelo, built in the seventeenth century by the Barons Gallone and the church of San Domenico, a small baroque jewel characterized by the wooden choir in walnut carved in the early 1700s. All these scenarios are located a few steps from the most modern and lively part of the town which offers various services including a 'shopping area, various clubs and activities. In this context, I am a detached house of about 300 square meters with a lovely garden of about 600 square meters. I also have eight rooms some of which with a barrel vault and one with a fireplace, a storage area of about 60 square meters. Finally, I offer a splendid view of the majestic church of the Madonne delle Grazie.

I am the “Golden” house and I spend my days in the shade of one of the most fascinating points in the area.
