DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The farmhouse (350 sqm) is structured on three levels organized as follows:
- Basement: cellar, warehouse and bathroom ;
- Ground floor: kitchen and large living room with windows and sitting room with fireplace, dining room, bathroom and closet;
- First floor: stairwell, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, hallway; going up a few steps we find a living room and a kitchen.
The farmhouse is also suitable for being divided into two apartments, respectively with three and one bedroom each, or for a possible B&B or agritourism activity.

The old stables (about 100 square meters) complete the proprieta.

STATE AND FINISHES
The building, a typical structure of the Umbrian countryside, is in good condition and perfectly habitable. The stone walls have been plastered and painted on the outside, while on the inside it has been decided to keep some of the typical features of the cottages (such as wooden beams and fireplaces). The living room on the ground floor is extremely bright thanks to the large windows present.

EXTERIOR
The farmhouse is surrounded by a well-kept garden and 4.9 hectares of land. Here there is a large olive grove (about 280 trees) and a lake that can be used for irrigation. Outside the main building there is a paved barbecue area with oven. The property does not currently have a swimming pool but it is possible to build it. However, it is possible to purchase up to 33.7 ha of land, divided between arable land (20.0 ha), pasture (2.7 ha), olive grove (2, 1 ha) and woods (8.9 ha) .
