The villa in modern style and with a breathtaking view of the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, is inside a private park with swimming pool and access to the sea which is accessed through approximately 200 steps. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the internal and external spaces, the attention in responding to any request from guests, offer a truly relaxing stay. "La Piccolissima" is composed of a large entrance hall with fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, garden, solarium with shower, outdoor areas with wood-burning oven and barbecue, panoramic terraces, air air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, televisions, Wi-Fi, parking space, Jacuzzi tub. The change of linen and cleaning of the premises are weekly. On request it is possible to use staff for: extra cleaning service; organize cocktails, parties or just to cook; boat trips. The rent is per week and for only two beds; it is possible to accept bookings of at least three nights.
Weekly rentals for holidays from May to December the average cost is between € 300.00 to 400.00 per day
