The choice of the design and design studio Officine Architetti Napoli was not only to eliminate the superfluous but also to preserve the peculiarities of the place, in other words "Living" in the sign of the Mediterranean and of lightness, renouncing the non-essential of city life. The apartment, object of the renovation, is about 120 commercial square meters and is spread over two levels. On the second there is a large living area with a living kitchen and a spacious living room. The ceilings have plaster vaults, typical of Capri architecture and present in many houses on the island. Adjacent to the living room is the sleeping area, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The yellow iron staircase is the centerpiece of the entire house. iron. Clear colors and simple materials define the project, the alternation of white, blue and yellow lead to an essential language which, however , does not forget the traits of Capri.
