Country house via Grotticelle, Pachino

Immersed in the wild marine nature of Eastern Sicily, a few steps from the sea, a house with outbuilding and private garden of approximately 300m2, composed of
first nucleus:
a kitchen-living room with oven, washing machine and sofa bed (one and a half square ), a single bedroom, a double bedroom, an anteroom that can be used as a room, a bathroom with toilet and bidet and a second bathroom with shower and sink.

The sea crystal clear is just a few steps away, the beaches, wide and free for kilometers, are frequented by people who come from everywhere, renting the villas in the surrounding area; by sea it is 100 km from Malta
The landscape is particularly picturesque: among the sand dunes, the succulent plants that cover them and the shells scattered on the beach.
The road that leads to the house, the last of the street, reaches a natural rock ideal for fishing, with 3 slipways for small boats
The nearest towns are: Pachino, Marzamemi and PortoPalo (6 km), equipped with every service.
Noto, a Baroque city, is 20 km away, Syracuse and Catania, respectively approximately 45km and 100km can be reached by motorway.
The house is very spartan and may appear more like a bungalow than a house; it has been renovated by hand and therefore lacks various finishes.
