The farmhouse is nestled in the hills of Montepulciano, a small medieval village that finds fame thanks to the architectural beauties that surround it, with its beautiful noble palaces and ancient churches, including the monumental Temple of San Biagio, located outside the walls of the country with its Renaissance origins, in addition to the richness of the territory and landscape, overlooking large expanses of hectares of fertile land perfect for the production of excellent vines and wines including the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG known all over the world.
The charming town of Pienza is also nearby and easily accessible just about 10 k m away. In addition, the farmhouse enjoys good proximity to the main communication routes: the A1 motorway exit of Val di Chiana, just 17 km away, the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme station at 23 km and the airports of Florence and Pisa respectively at 130 and 190 km.
Description
The farmhouse with the typical Tuscan architecture, with a stone facade and finishes with exposed beams and terracotta, has been recently renovated, creating three small apartments, very similar to each other. The apartments are in fact composed as follows:
on the ground floor with direct entrance to the common garden, characterized by a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, an internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor where we find a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
