The property stands on a hill with a 360 degree view over the whole valley, ranging from Barberino Tavernelle, to San Gimignano, from Volterra to the hills of Florence; the farmhouse, protected by the woods and surrounded by olive groves, develops around the ancient oil mill which has remained partly intact with the ancient millstone preserved inside the main structure, used today as a dining room.
