In the Colle Umberto area, on the slopes of the Monte Tezio Natural Park, we offer an imposing nineteenth-century farmhouse with park and swimming pool.
The farmhouse, of almost 800 square meters, arranged on three levels, is currently used as an accommodation facility and is divided into 11 mini apartments of various sizes. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, a living / dining room, a bathroom and one or more bedrooms; for a total of 20 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are also some common areas: laundry, pantry, warehouse and cellar.
The outdoor area, of almost 2 hectares, is completely flat, fenced and equipped with swimming pool, barbeque area, outdoor area and a small grove with adjoining tartufaia.
The size and type of the structure lend themselves easily to different uses: accommodation, private home or residence.

The property, easily reachable by asphalted road, is quiet and surrounded by greenery but not isolated: the main road, the town center and the supermarket are about 2 minutes by car, while the center of Perugia is about 15 minutes away and Corciano is only 10 minutes by car.
