It should be noted that the assets indicated in sub B) are formally registered in the name of a third party and are put up for sale following a final judgment revocating the deed of sale.
The basic estimate price of the aforementioned assets, as per the expert's integration of 09.12.2019 and update of 08.07.2020, is equal to:
- assets under A) Euro 660,000.00 (minimum price to be offered Euro 495,000.00)
- assets under B) Euro 210,000.00 (minimum price to offer Euro 157,500.00)
All this, in the state of fact and law in which the asset is found.
