Single-family detached house via Confalonieri, Presicce-Acquarica

In Presicce, one of the most characteristic villages of the lower Salento, in an optimal position that allows me to be able to take advantage of all the services offered, I am a house of about 250 square meters with a garden. Thanks to my large outdoor spaces and the fruit trees they host, it is possible to enjoy a genuine atmosphere that fits in well with the surrounding environment. Around me wind streets and alleys that lead to splendid squares embellished with ancient buildings and monuments. In the historic center of Presicce, churches and stately palaces animate the squares while the olive trees, the ancient farmhouses and the dry stone walls that tell long stories are the essence of the surrounding countryside. Mother church of Sant'Andrea in front of which stands the votive column of the patron saint, the numerous underground oil mills, symbol of the village, the elegant Palazzo Ducale which dates back to the 18th century and various churches of precious workmanship. But the surprises that this reality offers do not end here, the treasure of the village is hidden in an underground network which consists of 23 underground oil mills, where once oil was produced and where the ancient presses and millstones are still preserved. The essence of a territory so tied to traditions and rich in beauty is also manifested around me, in an area well connected to the services that the center offers but also immersed in a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the surrounding land. I find that I am a house of about 250 square meters with a garden of about 1540 square meters. My outdoor spaces help to create a genuine environment and are articulated in an access veranda, a garden with fruit trees, a large courtyard and a second garden. My interior spaces are then divided into a kitchenette, a dining room, two living rooms, two storage rooms, a room with a staircase that leads to the solar area of relevance which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area and a large room that leads to the garage of about 80 square meters. I am the house with garden "Orchard" and I find myself immersed in art and nature.
