Building for Sale

In the reality of Presicce-Acquarica, a municipality doubly rich in beauty, I am a building that contributes to bringing a bit of classical atmosphere to a context full of movement and services thanks to characteristic elements such as the facade in tuff -view and the profiles of the decorated fixtures that recall the ancient noble residences.
My position allows me to experience a context that offers the convenience of being not far from the liveliest points of the town, from its most ancient beauties but also from all kinds of service. In fact, following the streets that surround me, it is very simple to get to the heart of the municipality where numerous beauties are preserved in the alleys and squares such as the church of San Carlo Borromeo, built at the beginning of the 17th century, various ancient buildings, various farms including the Masseria di Gelsorizzo dating back to the first half of the 16th century and the Masseria Colombo which dates back to the 16th century. Not far from all this I find myself in a building of approximately 300 m2 which has two independent entrances: one from a courtyard in front of 46 m2 and one from a rear courtyard of 90 m2 in which there is also the entrance to two garages of 91 m2 in total. My interior spaces are divided into 9 rooms plus services and are embellished with various original elements such as cement tiles and cocciopesto floors, the kitchen, wooden window frames and star vaulted ceilings. An internal staircase then leads to a storage room on the first floor and to the relevant solar area with a view of the surrounding area. I am structurally solid and need a restoration that will allow me to return to the luster of the past and to be able to continue to bring the features and colors of the past into a precious and fascinating reality.
