In the announcement we have indicated the plan and typical section of the future hut, as well as showing photos of existing huts (for example purposes only, the ruin is made up only of stones on the ground) of how it will be once built.

The buildings already present involve the use of dry stone and exposed stones for the external walls, roof with wooden frame and sheet metal covering, red darkening doors, with the use of photovoltaic panels and tanks for water accumulation.

Forests, pastures, and characteristic mountain farmhouses surround the property, a unique solution for those seeking the quiet of the mountains! The area can be accessed exclusively with 4x4 vehicles suitable for mountain roads, either coming from the Valle dei Laghi along the roads from Lon, Ciago and Covelo (about 30 minutes), or from Margone, as well as from Andalo and Molveno (about 40 minutes) . The area is inaccessible in the winter periods from December to April during snowfalls therefore the proposal is mainly suitable for those looking for a quiet and sunny summer residence at high altitude!
