Hidden from the square, immediately behind the Church of Santa Margherita and the bell tower of Lotta, inside the ancient village there is this completely and expertly restored house full of typical details enhanced by the intona unfinished simply "spatulated" and painted.
From the comfortable and almost exclusive outdoor garden through a beautiful stone staircase, I open the glass door and enter the bright and welcoming living room with many niches, stones and woods brought to view and enhanced. From here a portal of the past with its wooden threshold worn by time opens a "breach" in a very large wall, I cross it and turn right and there is immediately the eat-in and fully equipped kitchen. Here, too, rough plaster, niches on the walls, stone and iron highlight the characteristic historicity of the house.
I go back to the living room and head towards the staircase that leads to the first floor, all attic, with a new exposed wooden roof. The staircase is in white painted iron with steps in antique chestnut wood.
