There are also some extra residential rooms on the ground floor, with the possibility of setting up commercial activities, laboratories, showrooms, banks, professional offices, etc.

Our design studio has hypothesized a project that plans to obtain 29 apartments with 5 attics per building for a total of 102 housing units.

Obviously, the buyer will be able to modify the layout to make it correspond to the needs of the market, always within the limits of the maximum overall dimensions.

The initiative, even if located in the city center and therefore equipped with every comfort and service, is surrounded by large green areas and equipped parks as well as by a cycle path.
