"1. Ordinary maintenance, extraordinary maintenance, restoration and conservative rehabilitation and building renovation interventions are allowed in individual buildings intended for residence, as well as, for those already existing at the date of 13 November 1997, extensions for a maximum increase of 100 square meters of SUC.

6. For existing rural buildings, not used as a residence even if used for use other than agricultural activity, ordinary maintenance, extraordinary maintenance, restoration and conservative redevelopment, building renovation and urban planning are allowed. Urban restructuring interventions, with reference to which the demolition and reconstruction of buildings on different sites is foreseen, are allowed as long as the reconstruction of the building takes place in the areas where there are already buildings, at a distance of no more than fifty meters from the nearest building. or from its subsequent extension even though the building itself is located in the territory of a neighboring municipality.

10. For rural buildings existing on 13 November 1997, not used as a residence, even if subject to building interventions after that date and even if used for use other than agricultural activity, the interventions may also include the change of intended use, as provided for in paragraph 8, provided that such buildings are masonry or reinforced concrete or metal structures closed on at least three sides.
