The “Tenuta al Pozzo” enjoys a magic that makes it a special place, immersion in the most uncontaminated nature.
Special, just like the many mountain pastures of the upper Ossola Valley, perched among fruit trees, meadows, pastures still dedicated to sheep farming and pine and beech forests.
These valleys have not been affected by the mass tourism which from the 1950s to the 1980s transformed the mountains, sometimes brutally, into a holiday extension of the city.
The great value of this place can be summarized in a few words: the essence of the Alpine rural heritage (ever closer to abandonment) and the timeless dimension of the relationship between natural materials (wood and stone) and their closest context, nature.
The fate of Tenuta al Pozzo: an act of recovery and reinterpretation of the rural Alpine residence, the valorisation of a precious heritage.
Studio ATOMAA (atomaa.eu) is trying to undertake this path today, proposing interventions aimed at relaunching the territory, without losing the human dimension of the place.

The estate is made up of three distinct units:

“LA STALLA”

“THE BARNS AND THE SHELTER”
The actual gross meters are approximately 120m2.

THE TOTAL LAND owned is approximately 12,400 m2.
The land above the road guarantees the possibility of creating direct access for cars
up to the house . The land below the road (the small one) can probably accommodate some
parking;

Prices are to be considered "per body" not "per measure" for the entire Estate, and include
all annexes. Separate sales can be considered.
