At 600 meters above Lake Como, a characteristic farmhouse made of local stone of approximately 180 m² arranged on 3 levels, of which the currently inhabited part is 84 m², with 21,000 m² of land: natural vegetable gardens rich in spontaneous and healing herbs, productive chestnut grove , birches for sap extraction, oaks for acorns, wild dogwoods and other essences, and about one hectare of forest for firewood.
