Single family villa via del Cavone, Lizzano in Belvedere

MAENZANO Halfway between Lizzano and Vidiciatico, there is the village of Maenzano: a few scattered houses, a small chapel, a small historic center and a nice bar that has been well managed for generations by the Caselli family... On the edge of this village you will also find three independent villas: it is precisely one of these that I am speaking to you about today.
The villa is in a somewhat hidden area of Maenzano, when you get there if you look downstream it seems to be in the middle of the countryside. The place is very quiet, the noises of the street and the square are far away. Here you can only hear the chirping of birds flying in the sky. From the floors to the walls, everything is stylistically correct, coherent and overall pleasant.

This area is very beautiful and is ideal if you love mountain and you love hiking, horse riding or even electric mountain biking. In these areas you can also go canoeing, skiing, ice skating, golf and much more.
Here you are in the middle of the two top ski resorts of Emilia Romagna: Corno alle Scale at 10 minutes and Cimone at half an hour 'car. These two districts offer a total of 86 km of well-maintained and equipped slopes.
The property is located halfway between Lizzano/ Vidiciatico. Further on there are Fanano/ Sestola: all mountain towns that have earned the reputation of "pearls of the Apennines" for their timeless beauty.
15 minutes away are the thermal baths of Porretta...
