Farmhouse Strada Comunale di Poggio Loro, Loro Ciuffenna

Two km from the famous Setteponti road, which connects Arezzo to Florence, and from the Lombard town of Loro Ciuffenna (elected among the most beautiful in Italy) is the small Carpineto estate, dedicated to the cultivation of the olive trees of Moraiolo and Leccino, and not devoid of fruit trees.
Carpineto resides on a terraced hill located from east to west, at the top of which there are a seventeenth-century farmhouse, a more recent manor house, and other buildings that give the whole the visual effect of a very small village. The Ciuffenna and San Clemente streams close the boundaries of the property, of approx. 144,000, flowing at its feet not without forming evocative natural pools in their course.
Carpineto resides in a fortunate geographical position, in the center of a no less evocative historical-natural setting, such as that of the municipalities of the upper Valdarno.
