The external door of the kitchen allows access to:
a corridor that surrounds the mountain side of the entire house,
to the porch and directly to the lawn (PHOTO 17).
There is a low attic accessible only from the roof itself.
The services available to the house are: electricity (3KW) - water from the aqueduct -
methane gas - boiler for domestic hot water and heaters in every room.
The building stands on a plot of land of 6490 m2 ( PHOTO 4.5):
around the house there is lawn and garden - mostly lawn
and small woodland spots (PHOTO 4.5)
The land is laid out on a slope, partly terraced, partly inclined.
In the terraced parts it is heavily planted with fruit trees which produce excellent apples, cherries, walnuts, chestnuts, plums, grapes. (PHOTO 19) The upper part of the land is separated with a light fence which allows some grazing animals to be accommodated.
The property faces east-southwest and enjoys direct solar radiation from dawn until 4.30pm when the sun sets behind a hill from north/west to north. It overlooks Lake Iseo which is barely visible directly from the house due to the vegetation in front.
Climbing a few meters into the lawn above the house the view (PHOTO 18)
sweeps over the lake and the whole of Montisola (the largest lake island in Europe).
The road in front of the house goes up to Mount Creda to which multiple paths branch off for beautiful walks with breathtaking views of the lake. (photo 20)--1295be1dc860fa3597ffb6335fdb2eee!
