Partly renovated with a redone roof and restored perimeter walls (entirely in Ragusa stone). As part of the renovation project with sismabonus, work has begun on the dismantling of the remaining roof with stacking for recovery of the original tiles (preparation of the reinforcing curb at the base of the new roof). The pitch floors were raised and stacked and work began on redo the floors with a crawl space inside the rooms to be renovated, remove the old plaster and restore the stone walls. Obtained geological and landscape environmental opinions and finally the permit to build on a project designed by an architect.

Just above the house, the old threshing floor paved with original flagstones offers a magnificent view of the sea in the distance, which can also be seen from the beam in front of the facade--37b7f91b888249b21abf44e815531dc2!
