Beach for Sale

The "Lido Desirè" is a historic bathing establishment located in the popular tourist destination Lido di Noto, in Eastern Sicily.
Built in 1961, on a state-owned surface area of 3860 m², the establishment enjoys a beach which every year has allowed the setting up of 230 umbrella positions accompanied by 460 sunbeds.
At the service of the bathing areas there is a large bar area covered by pergola.
Furthermore, the lido is equipped with a 226 m² tensile structure within which the "i Sapori del Mare" restaurant and pizzeria operates, a popular local and tourist restaurant destination, which hosts 160 seats, making it accessible to external visitors and guests of the lido.
The beach of Noto Marina, more than a kilometer long and divided in two by a small promontory, is 8 kilometers away from Noto, and is equipped with beautiful fine, clear sand, with various equipped areas and establishments seaside resorts where you can rent a sunbed and umbrella. There is no shortage of services such as bars and restaurants, as well as five-a-side football and tennis courts. The services are completed by showers, boat rental and above all a large free parking area. The water, as throughout Sicily, is clear and transparent, with seabeds that slope slightly: this makes it suitable for families with children, but also for children and young people who love playing football or volleyball in the water. The beach of Lido di Noto has been awarded the prestigious "Cinque vele" award by Legambiente.
