In the hamlet of Bricco di Aramengo in the province of Asti, a small countryside village, we offer an independent farmhouse on three sides with a garden of approximately 1,000 m2 as well as agricultural land of approximately 10,100 m2 merged and partly fenced. The living area is composed as follows: lounge, kitchen, stairwell, stable and open shed on the ground floor; three bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, two balconies and barn with bare roof on the first floor.
