New logistic park being planned in Fagnano Olona / Cassano Magnago (VA)

Rent of a new logistics area in the design phase with a total area of 240,000 square meters, with direct access to the A36 immediately connected to the A8 in the direction of Milan and Varese. The park consists of two logistics warehouses of 36,000 and 32,000 square meters; inside, the construction of offices, services and technical rooms is planned on the basis of the customer's needs.

The remaining outdoor area of approximately 173,000 square meters will be used in part as a yard with maneuvering spaces, parking lots and roads for approximately 50,000 square meters

The project will be completed with attention to the issues of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, through the creation of green and wooded areas and the use of innovative technologies of the latest generation.
