Trullo Strada Monti del Duca, Martina Franca

LOCATION: The property is located in an area inhabited all year round, a few km from Martina Franca, easily accessible by asphalted road.
DESCRIPTION: group of trulli including three large cones and a smaller one with appurtenant land. In the existing rooms you can have a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. It would be possible to request permission to build an extension in order to have a couple more rooms and a technical room.
CONDITIONS: the structure is in excellent condition and the cones were renovated a few years ago. Inside it would be possible to partially remove the plaster to have a portion of the trulli with exposed stone.
INSTALLATIONS: the electricity connection is present, currently in the property there is a cistern for the water reserve, but it is possible to connect to the rural water network. There is no heating system and the Imhoff pit must be installed. The area is served by public lighting.
