The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

It is rented only in the summer period.

The rental fee must be agreed with the owner on a weekly basis (with variations between high and low season) and includes in addition to the costs for air conditioning and final cleaning, also the provision of linen (option to be agreed with the owner).

The apartment has been recently renovated, it was previously painted pink, now the paint is blue.
