In the house there are 3 large bedrooms, kitchen-living room, a (new) bathroom, closet with washing machine, terrace, outdoor area with parking space, garage for bikes.
At the moment there are 5 students in the house, 3 boys and 2 girls, who will vacate the room from July 31st.
The price per person for a double room is 155 + utilities (about 60 euros), the deposit is 320 euro.
