In this context of nature and history in the heart of Ciociaria, 45 minutes drive from Rome and a few km from the Tyrrhenian Sea, we manage the sale of a sky-earth property located in the ancient center of the town, built on a stone body dating back to 1759 .
The completely renovated property (with the exception of the attic) measures approximately 400 square meters distributed over four levels:
Basement: totally excavated on one side, connected by an internal staircase but also with an independent entrance, it houses a large and comfortable tavern with ancient stone walls and equipped with a refined fireplace, also in stone, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The living area of the tavern is particularly welcoming as it is enhanced by an ancient stone vault and a seating area. A perfect environment to welcome guests and to enjoy good relaxation.

The Caves of Pastena are among the largest speleological complexes of our peninsula and are located in Pastena in the province of Frosinone in one of the most picturesque areas of Ciociaria. With a length of over 3 km, the Caves of Pastena are divided into two branches: the active branch that offers the vision of lakes, waterfalls, spectacular concretions and the fossil branch that offers the incomparable spectacle of columns, of calcite draperies, of stalactites, stalagmites, bizarre forms of erosion of the vaults.
Pastena - a bit of history -
Located a short distance from Rome (about 100 km) and 20 km from the beautiful beaches of Formia, Gaeta and Sperlonga. The inhabited center rises on the side of a hill at 318 m. above sea level, whose base rests on the slopes of Monte Solo. The ancient village is protected by a limestone wall almost entirely preserved with its towers still visible. The two ancient access gates, Porta Roma (still present) and Porta Napoli, were built in the direction of the two cities. Pastena was founded by the Volsci, an ancient Italic population. Its constitution in a castle or fortified village appears to have taken place in the middle of the year 800.
