Contignano is a small medieval village strategically located in the municipality of Radicofani. It is surrounded by the picturesque scenery of the Val d'Orcia just a few kilometers from the spas of Bagno Vignoni, Bagno San Filippo, San Casciano dei Bagni and the towns of Pienza and San Quirico d'Orcia. Mount Amiata is also within easy reach. Around the small village there are extremely interesting landscape views.
Description
The charming terra-cotta-roofed house of about 190 square meters, formerly a mill, has been perfectly restored and enriched with design elements for residential purposes. The house is spread over two floors with triple exposure. On the ground floor there is the living area where we find a large entrance hall, a storage room obtained in the basement, a hallway, a bathroom, a storage room for use as a technical room and laundry, a large living area with fireplace and a kitchen; on the second floor we find a hallway, a bathroom, three bedrooms, one of which is smaller, a storage room and making a few steps we find a loft area for study use, open to the living room.
