The villa enjoys a splendid view of the olive groves and is just a few kilometers from renowned cities of art (Spoleto, Todi, Perugia, Rome and Florence) and natural beauties, such as the Marmore Falls, the Piediluco lake and some mountain resorts in the Apennines. In the months between the end of June and July it is possible to attend the performances of the Spoleto Festival, such as dances, music, theatre, etc.
In Villa Antica, a few km from the property, there is a renowned SPA center which offers various treatments from massages (firming, relaxing and physiotherapy), beauty treatments, the sauna and the use of swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor) and Turkish bath. Furthermore, still a few kilometers from the property, it is possible to go fishing on the " lake Gatti" or take long horseback rides (equestrian club) for golf lovers there is also a training ground nearby.
