On the first hills of Reggio, in Barco, a few minutes from Reggio Emilia, stands "Villa Teresa", a suggestive historic estate dating back to the early 1800s, surrounded by a wonderful planted park of approx. 6700 square meters, cared for and maintained in every detail, an oasis of peace and serenity where you can spend your days comfortable in the city but far from its noises and frenzies.
Ville Teresa is itself a small town within its enclosures, consisting of three main bodies, as many used as accessory use and some buildings currently in need of renovation.

The terrace on the first floor seamlessly connects the second main body, once a granary and barn, in which there is now a two-room apartment on the same level with separate kitchen, bathroom with window and large storage room, from the double bedroom overlooks a suggestive loggia which dominates the garden and makes the atmosphere that you can live unique, the ground floor is used as a cellar, storage and woodshed.
Continuing and exploring the park, you reach an open space in the light of the sun in which the central swimming pool and the tavern with fireplace are the ideal place to host banquets or receptions.
