Ancient rustic to be restored Valle Bognanco "Boco dipinta" Boco, a fraction of the Valle Bognanco, "painted" because various artists have decorated the town taking advantage of all the available and accessible surfaces, embellishing every corner. Here we propose an old rustic building to be restored spread over three floors: in the basement two cellars, on the mezzanine floor kitchen with fireplace and bedroom, on this same level there is also a terraced land annexed to a chicken coop/warehouse (above this another terrace at street level); on the second and top floor a single room. To be restored maintaining the layout of the house and the original characteristic elements (fireplace, stone stove, "stub" was the most beautiful room in the house, covered entirely with wooden planks) The area is urbanized but the house has no systems. It can be reached by walking down a short mule track from the hamlet's square.--0bd56e6f058629b89e91ccc4a6b77790!
