Farmhouse located on the edge of a Natural Park, with a farmhouse dating back to 1800 (already present in the Leopoldino land registry of 1823)

The main body was restored around 2000, keeping the external structure unchanged, recovering the barn (SPRING apartment), the cow stable (AUTUNNO apartment) and maintaining the actual house with original features (WINTER apartment). A nearby shed has been transformed into an independent house (SUMMER apartment).
In 2011, the last sheep shelter space was recovered, creating the COMMON ROOM, used for teaching and various courses.
Present in-ground swimming pool (10x6 m x 1.40 h), with porphyry solarium, fenced by box trees and elder trees, inserted in the natural lawn garden, with gazebo (3m x 6m) and large fir table (4 m); all around completely fenced garden (about 5000m2) for common use of the apartments.
