Typical Umbrian former farmhouse, dating back to the early 1800s, once part of the extensive country
estate owned by the noble Donini family. The property was fully and finely restored in 2007. The main
building was divided into 7 very well-finished apartments. Some of the apartments still preserve a few
typical ancient features, such as fireplaces and wood ovens. In the same year 2007, the property was
enriched with a small new building, currently used as a common room. The building is ready to be turned
