Farmhouse Strada Provinciale di Chiusdino, Ciciano, Chiusdino

This property, located on top of a small hill and completely surrounded by nature, is located just two kilometers from the village of Chiusdino. It is a farmhouse of about 152 square meters renovated in a very careful way by the current owner about ten years ago, which involved, among other things, the reconstruction of the roof and of the plumbing and electrical systems. It is surrounded by about 3 ha of land made up of woods and an olive grove with about 100 plants. Characteristic is the presence of a delightful "bio-lake" made up of two pools, one of which is embellished with oxygenating plants.

it is a traditional Tuscan architecture that enhances the materials with which these types of houses were built in ancient times such as stone and wood. There are various external corners that can be exploited for an outdoor life full of convivial moments: a beautiful porch rests at the entrance to the kitchen, under the shade of a centuries-old oak; an outdoor kitchen set up with a wood oven, barbecue and a large table.
