The villa, which is rented furnished, is half of a semi-detached house, has independent access, is completely separated from the neighboring villa and enjoys perfect privacy and confidentiality. It has direct access to a large white sand beach in the area where the Ionian Sea becomes the warmest and most beautiful sea in Calabria thanks to a temperate climate almost all year round. Inside the villa develops on a single ground floor of 100 m2 with easy access and without any architectural barrier, it has a ceiling height of 2.20 m and there are 6+1 beds: a lounge (reed lounge with two comfortable single sofa beds and two rattan armchairs, crystal dining table, TV with Sky satellite receiver, antique bar cabinet, latest generation LG wifi air conditioning), two bedrooms (1 main double room, the second double room with two separable beds), corridor sleeping area with built-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower, kitchen, washing machine, closet, mosquito nets in every room (including the entrance doors). In the garden, also equipped, shower area with platform , large verandas and pedestrian guides facing the sea and at the back with terracotta flooring, large gazebo in the garden center, as well as an independent artesian well. The request is €2000 for the months of May, June (already busy) and October, €2500 for September, €3800 for the month of August, while €2800 for the month of July. Security deposit of €500 required, cleaning fee of €50. Small margins of negotiability only in case of rental for 2 consecutive months. The reservation is made with a 50% advance (with signature of the preliminary agreement via certified e-mail with identity documents attached). Signature of the rental contract is also required upon arrival (a copy of which is sent in advance via email) with attached list of the furniture, furnishings and other items delivered in good condition in the house.
