Among the alleys of the characteristic historic center of Buonalbergo, a wonderful solution in local stone on three levels with a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside surrounding the Sanctuary of SS. Madonna Della Macchia.

The house was completely renovated in 2002, preserving all the historical features that differentiate it from the other houses. iron arch; practical bathroom with shower and, covered by an unbreakable glass, perfectly preserved, very ancient "rifle box", that is: a crack carved into the stone that brings to mind fragments of history, where our ancestors protected the town walls from invaders.

From the hallway, an iron staircase leads us to the first floor. Here we have an open mezzanine and a very spacious bedroom with a beautiful window that gives brightness to the environment and relaxation to the senses, being able to admire a superb natural landscape.

On the same level as the hallway, we reach a second large bedroom with door that leads us to the landing where we have the entrance to a comfortable closet and through the marble steps, on the ground floor, we find in the hall of the building the entrance to the most beautiful environment, perhaps, of the whole house: the living area.

Or a rumpus room consisting of a single room with an arch that divides the kitchen / dining room from the living room with fireplace. Here we have a second entrance door for access from the alley. During the renovation it was decided to leave the stone ceiling intact, which distinguishes its particular beauty.
