Internally the housing units will be equipped with an underfloor heating system, steel radiators in the bathrooms, PVC window frames, electric insulated aluminum shutters, bathroom fixtures of the suspended, white internal doors, armored entrance door, video intercom, telephone system. Centralized system used for space heating and domestic hot water production, equipped with direct metering of heat and domestic water volumes (hot and cold).
The heat supply, inside each real estate unit, will take place by means of a radiant floor system, with thermal integration in the bathroom rooms, consisting of a towel warmer equipped with an electric resistance. The thermal energy will be generated by a hybrid system, consisting of a wall-mounted condensing boiler powered by methane gas and an air-water heat pump powered by electricity. Thermal energy for heating will be generated mainly by the heat pump, while the boiler will be used as an auxiliary or emergency generator. The production of domestic hot water will take place by means of a bivalent boiler, powered by the boiler and by a solar thermal integration system, consisting of forced circulation flat solar collectors placed on the roof of the building. The building will also be equipped with a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity for condominium use. Each apartment is equipped with an independent controlled mechanical ventilation system of the single-flow type with hygrometric control.

Tax bonus equal to Euro 81,600.00 on each housing unit. This deduction will be discounted directly on the invoice. The sums that the buyer will pay are those indicated for the individual real estate units and VAT (calculated on the price paid + bonus) at a rate of 4% for the 1st house and at a rate of 10% for the 2nd house.
