In the Calsazio di Sparone area, a few steps from the church of the same name and the bar. The village stands at the foot of the Gran Paradiso National Park, it is located just 50 kilometers from the center of Turin. The village is characterized by stone and wooden buildings, peculiarities that led to it being included in the network of Alpine villages wanted by Uncem. Surrounded by stone buildings and slate roofs, the façade of "Casa Piatrola" stands out with its bright yellow. The ground floor is preceded by the private outdoor area where a table with a bench has also been placed to be able to have lunch outdoors or simply enjoy the crisp air that comes down from the Graian Alps. On this level there is the eat-in kitchen on one side of the entrance, and on the other side there is the living room and the first bathroom. The internal stone staircase, original and very rare at the time, leads to the upper floor. The two bedrooms were created here, one with a private bathroom, and both share a view of the long balcony. The top floor houses an attic room. The spaces are well organized and there are many references to the original construction, such as the ceilings, some inserts and some windows. The house is a real wedding favor, also ideal for renting to lovers of the Orco Valley and its enchanting villages.--0f044b7568ac60126d22ccb9e0ded453!
