The property, recently purchased, enjoys an excellent position in the urban context and the intent of the property was to relocate on the Roman real estate market not a simple renovation and restyling of a building stopped in the 60s but a property which, although having to respect some facade constraints, it had the characteristics and performance of a new building with particular attention to the quality and durability of the materials. The taps will be of the CRISTINA brand, OMEGA model. Inside each apartment, Sabiana Carisma CRC-ECM fan coils will be installed recessed in the false ceiling with supply and return grilles in white aluminum, while the bathrooms will be supplied and installed with IRSAP brand towel warmers, model ARES. The white light points will be of VIMAR, PLANA series. Each single apartment will be equipped with an autonomous management and accounting system which will be managed via the color display of the user room unit.
