Project
We are in Nuova Olonio in the municipality of Dubino, in one of the loneliest areas of the lower Valtellina.
The construction of nine residential units, free on two sides, for residential use developed on two levels and a basement for garage use and covered parking spaces.
All included in the development plan, also composed of an adjacent residential complex completed in 2020, private road and all underground services.
The units envisaged are 1 four-room apartment and 4 three-room apartments on the ground floor with exclusive gardens, while on the first there are 4 three-room apartments, 2 of which with balconies on the north side and 2 with large terraces on the south side. For each unit there is an exclusive garage in the basement, in which the buyer, if desired, can also obtain an additional storage space , as well as a covered parking space.
