Ground Floor Apartment
The building is located in Ceneda di Vittorio Veneto in Via Largo del Seminario. It was probably erected after 1803 (Austrian military map Kriegskarte Anton von Zach) on a
pre-existing building of which only the brick vaulted cellar remains. It is present in the Austrian cadastre of 1842.
Between the two wars the building became the property of Giacomo Posocco who used it as a home and who transformed the outbuildings into a bacological laboratory, now restructured into various
apartments. In addition to the semi-underground cellar, the building consists of three floors, two perfectly restored and usable, and an attic floor which, due to its height, can become an additional residential unit. The municipal planning tool provides for a light renovation with the constraint of maintaining the facade towards the street.--9d9ea14ac1a842e1543fc02932708793!
