Unfinished attic floor apartment with windows
The building is located in Ceneda di Vittorio Veneto in Via Largo del Seminario. It was probably built after 1803 (Austrian military map Kriegskarte Anton von Zach) on a pre-existing building of which only the vaulted brick cellar remains. It is present in the Austrian land registry of 1842. Between the two wars the building became the property of Giacomo Posocco who used it as a residence and who transformed the annexes into a bacological laboratory, now renovated into various apartments. In addition to the semi-underground cellar, the building has three floors, two perfectly restored and usable, and an attic floor which, due to its height, can become an additional residential unit. The municipal urban planning instrument provides for a light renovation with the obligation to maintain the facade towards the street.--d226b4e1ed0fbc732a15609cd860312a!
