The property already present within the historical leopoldine cadastre dates back to the early 19th century and is on three levels composed as follows. The main structure of the leopoldina is connected by a canopy to a building that had agricultural use. The ground floor of the villa was used for agricultural activity and features an entrance hall, four large cellars, a storeroom, a bathroom and a habitable kitchen, as well as a large room used as a shed and an old wood-burning oven. The floors are mainly in splendid original cotto, with some areas in pietra serena (typical Florentine characteristic). The fireplace is also in pietra serena, the rooms have splendid barrel and cross vaults, and the ceilings on the second floor return the original pine beams. Currently the roof has partial wind damage, there are also 2 wells to recover.
