Terraced house via Daniele Manin 30, Centro, Montereale Valcellina

Ancient terraced house on three floors, originally built at the beginning of the nineteenth century; there are also a rear garden for exclusive use (about 530 square meters) and a rustic portion to be restored.
The house develops in the first two floors and includes: (on the ground floor) the entrance area, a dining area for use as a tavern, various rooms and accessories and the connecting hallways; in the accessory portion has been obtained a toilet also used as a central heating and laundry; (on the first floor) a living room, the kitchen, two large bedrooms, a bathroom, hallways and various ancillary rooms, and a terrace overlooking the garden. The attic is reachable by an internal staircase, but at the moment it is in its raw state.
The current finishes date back to the late seventies and include Venetian flooring, ceramic or wood, wooden or metal windows, with shutters always in wood (some windows of the ground floor have recently been replaced with elements with higher energy performance). The plants were also built in the same period, with the exception of the heating plant which has a more recent installation of a natural gas boiler.
At present the property needs renovation and modernization.
