Dairy farm San Gottardo, Zovencedo

Built at the end of the 19th century with stone quarried on site, the house is entirely made of Vicenza stone, with wooden floors, roof with exposed beams and terracotta tiles.
The house is on two floors, plus a partially habitable attic due to the height and a large annex on the ground floor (integrated with the main house.
Today the internal layout includes three large rooms on the ground floor, as well as a hallway, a bathroom and the staircase, three first floor and the attic on the second floor.
The property is well exposed to the sun with a splendid view of the large lawn and woodland of around 1500 sq m and of the valley below.Privacy with neighbors is guaranteed by the architectural choices and by the conformation of the surrounding land.The rustic is totally to be restored and does not have systems, while there are meters for connection to the electricity grid and the aqueduct.
The restructuring can be conservative, managing the existing structures and preserving all the charm of the old building, but a partial or total demolition and reconstruction is also possible.
